LottoKI Deutschland provides free statistical analysis of historical draw results of German lotteries, together with a purely explanatory AI-assisted analysis of that data. The platform is not a lottery organiser or broker and does not sell tickets or stakes. Entering a draw is not possible via this website.

The statistics, probability calculations, AI explanations and number generators provided on this platform do not constitute a prediction of future draw results and create no entitlement to any winnings. Each draw is statistically independent of previous draws; the probability of being drawn is identical for every possible combination. Backtests are measured transparently against genuine randomness and presented exactly as they turn out, without exception.

This offering is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Use for unlawful purposes, automated mass querying (scraping) outside the provided interfaces, and circumvention of technical protection measures are prohibited.

Despite careful review, we give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the draw results and statistics displayed. Only the official announcements of the respective state lottery company are authoritative. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of information provided on this platform. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and under product liability law remains unaffected.

No paid features are currently offered via the website. An optional Premium subscription is available exclusively through our mobile application and processed via the payment provider Polar; separate terms provided within the app, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply to that subscription.

The design, source code, statistical models and editorial content of this platform are protected by copyright. The published draw results themselves are official, publicly available data and remain the property of the respective state lottery company.

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use with future effect, for example when introducing new features or in response to changes in the law. The version published at the time of use applies.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permissible and unless the user is a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, in which case mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
